Registration particulars must be fully furnished and supported with educational certificates and documents.


		Admission criteria for Preparatory Course for Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) Examination Programme			Applicants must be 17 years of age as at 1st January of the year they are enroling for. Applicants must also possess one of the following entrance requirements: At least 5 GCE 'O' Level credits including English At least C6 credit at GCE 'O' Level for the Science subject they wish to enrol for At least C6 credit at GCE 'O' Level in Mathematics, should they wish to enrol for H1 Mathematics At least C6 credit at GCE 'O' Level in Additional Mathematics and Mathematics, should they wish to enrol for H2 Mathematics

Application form must be attached with copies of:

Applicant's NRIC
Parent's NRIC if they are below 18 years old
2 passport-sized photographs
Certified true copies of :
i ) 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Level certificates
ii) Other relevant academic documents or result transcripts
A non-refundable application fee of S$21.40 (inclusive of GST). All payment for registration via post may be made in cheque. Cheques must be crossed and made payable to 'MDIS College Pte Ltd'.
