Registration particulars must be fully furnished and supported with educational certificates and documents.


		Admission criteria for Preparatory Course for Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'O' Levels
					Preparatory Course for Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'O' Level Applicants must be 15 years of age as at 1st January of the year they are enroling for Applicants must also possess one of the following entrance requirements: Completed Sec 3 Express with credits in English & Mathematics Completed 'N' (Academic) Level with credits in English & Mathematics For students presenting 'N' Level (T-Syllabus) qualifications or who do not meet the above educational background criteria MUST sit for a placement test in English & Mathematics to determine their academic standard

					Placement Test Each placement test will cost S$25 + prevailing GST Students who score below 50 marks for the placement test will automatically be enroled into an intensive tuition class for that subject Cost per subject is S$600 + prevailing GST (Jan intake) and S$500 + prevailing GST (Feb intake) for 2 hour sessions weekly

Application form must be attached with copies of:

Applicant's NRIC
Parent's NRIC if they are below 21 years old
2 passport-sized photographs
Certified true copies of :
i ) 'N' / 'O' Level certificates
ii) Other relevant academic documents or result transcripts
A non-refundable registration fee of S$171.20 (inclusive of GST). All payment for registration via post may be made in cash. Cheques must be crossed and made payable to 'MDIS College'.
